Ive seen some costumes around as well and that is what sparked my interest in this again.

I work with a guy who has a major stuttering problem when he

Those guys use to scare me when I was a little boy

Yeah, I also remember being freaked out by these guys. Thinking about it, I'm still freaked out by them lol.

I don't think they would be hard to make, just finding the fabric would be the tricky part.

The The Smithsonian has a couple Muppets and Sesame Street puppets on display.

I've always been interested in seeing if anyone had any leads on custom Sesame Street puppets. My wife was always such a huge Grover fan, I've been dying to find something that look remotely close to what you saw on screen as a gift for her.

Lots of great characters on Sesame street The Count has always been my favourite though, just never get tired of him, still cracks me to this day :lol
On the other hand there were some real stinkers i hated even as a little nipper, Elmo,Big bird, and that wooly mammoth thing garrrrgh !!!
Always preferred The Muppet Show though.

I´ve seen the Jim Henson exhibition in 1989 in London´s Museum of moving Image, where I took these shots:

dammed, that´s 20 years ago from now :confused

Well it couldn't be that hard to make a sesame street puppet. I'd like to take a crack at it too.....Why don't we pick an easy one and do a group project? They are always fun lol

Burt, Ernie or Grover (Super) are my votes lol
