Serenity - Mal's maps

Has anyone ever identified any of the maps that appear on the wall of Mal's quarters?

Identified as in a source for purchasing, no.

But I've always thought the upper left was supposed to be Serenity Valley, as the contours on the map look pretty close to the Whitefall/QMx versions floating around.

I was going to say that the middle one looked to be one of the many old western hemisphere maps, or at least one done in the old style before cartography was done using satellite images, but then I found this:

This looks pretty close, except not quite as dark. Could be a result of post-production effects. Quoting from the page I found it:

Yeah, I've always thought the one in the upper left looked a bit like the Serenity Valley map.

The one you found of the old western hemisphere looks like it could be the one. :thumbsup It definitely looks like it was darkened for the movie, though.
