Search of Assistance For Bat Suit Build

so, i've been planning this for years, i love the ideas i've seen around the threads, i'd just love to get down and dirty with these, and get to work on my own suit. I'd love to have a suit combat ready, flexible, and comfortable, however, all i've read has either been unclear or i've been unsure on what the materials are. If you would like to help out, please, i beg you to respond and help. Main points i'd like
1. cheap, durable, and pliable material
2. the undermesh of the suit, the type of fabric, and the cost/where i can find it(that goes for the material above)
3. cape material, thick, lightweight, but flowing
4. How to, a step by step, very strict and informative video
5. any ideas on how to improve forthcoming design
thanks guys!! i appriciate everything!!

looking at the material sintra, as read up on in the construction of IceTyrant's TDK suit. looks to be durable, however, cost is an issue, any information would be genuinely accepted, i am new here, looking for ideas, thanks to all

I've gone into sign shops and asked if they have scraps of Sinatra. They usually point me to a big pile they were going to pitch. Might be worth a try.

Not sure if pants or top, im posting from an iPhone so that's why, but here is my temporary sketch of the front of the costume I'll put the other half up when I figure out which one this one is lol and btw, is BOTB a joining thing or is just a post here if you love batman?

Here are the legs to the suit, not sure if sintra will be a useful sort for flexibility, but I still want durable armor so who knows? I'm staying with the sintra idea right now
