Seal Generator?

The says-it.com seal generator 404'd and I'm looking for a good seal generator, any help? (Google was no help)

It's currently 403'd, but I used the wayback machine and on 6th Sept 2012 it said "We are aware that there's a problem and are working to fix it...hold up a bit."

He has the source code on the site for anyone able to use PERL, my skills are way too low and rusty to use it.

Is there some easy to use software that can be used to create seals? Emphasis on EASY.
