SCREEN USED DUCK HOOD ORNAMENT "Death Proof"...COMES WITH A BIG PROBLEM!!

Well, I hate to be critical but this isn't a very good thread.
You can hardly see the duck because the pics of that car are in the way!

Congrats, nice score!

You need the Semi from Convoy parked next to it - so people will guess if you are movement leader or just plain crazy!

Wow, NICE CAR Robb... congrats mate! :thumbsup Don't know how I missed this thread the first time 'round?!

A definite improvement on the Saab you were driving a few years back when you were kind enough to give me (and Tom Wampa) a lift to upstate NY....

..... but I'd have to think twice if you offerred me a lift in this car! :lol

Just think - you'll never have people bugging you to be the Designated Driver ever again, once they see yer wheels! ;)

Cheers,
John

Nice wheels!

All it needs now is a swooshing red Knight Rider light at the front... YEAH RIGHT!

Just resist the urge to drive head on into oncoming traffic. :wacko

I was just searching for threads on Death Proof props, and found this. Awesome! I'm kind of hoping to pick up some model kits of the Nova, Charger and Challenger and modify them accordingly. I found this site while poking around online. Is it yours? http://www.deathproofcar.com/deathproof.shtml
Sooo, back to the duck. Seriously, is there any chance of getting a cast of this? Pretty please?

Yeah you can buy the ducks from the same guy who supposedly made them for Convoy and Deathproof.

There were several cars left over. Many wrecked, some okay. A few ended up in other movies and some made it out to the public. I know several were auctioned to one guy that broke his lot up. There were also 2 different builders for these cars. There are differences between the 2 if you are looking at them in person.

The duck ornament is available, but is only one part of what you need. They also made a pedestal for it to sit on as the Charger hood had a peaked body line where this sat. They casted one style base with a rough V notch and custom ground each base to fit each car as every Charger was a little different (most were full of bondo or had extensive body work). We had the very last pedestal they had left sent to us helping a guy restore his Deathproof car that was missing it. We never copied it, but if we had to it would be easy enough to borrow.
