Screen Used Body Suit Question

What is the body suit in the movies made of? Obviously it's latex, but it looks highly flexible and skin tight. Because most costumes that are made for conventions etc all crease up when you bend or move your arms or legs. Below is a video of the Wolf Suit. This explains best what I'm talking about when it comes to the high quality body suit.

I think the professionals use foam latex for their suits which are a lot more flexible but they tend to tear a lot more easily especially given the kind of activities they do while suited. The movies have multiple suits as well as them being sculpted/cast specifically based on the suit performer/actor's body as opposed to just latex convention suits which for the most part I think are made as a more "one size fits all"  kind of deal which would lend to the buckling and creasing.

Foam latex is not very strong(strong but not for the movie fight scene purposes, etc ),but as mentioned very flexible... Very very light too.. i have some foam BATMAN cowls and they are so so  light and so comfortable compared to the latex and urethane cowls.

Having a full foam latex predator suit would be great, excellent for conventions unless you want to do some fighting in it :) but would be easier to wear all day in comparison to a thicker latex.. So comfortable, like wearing a sock on you head  lol

you need to cast it with a core inside ..it has to be baked ..and then you have to know how to seam foam latex. As for the density ..it all really depends on the mix. I held the screen cast Winter Soldier arm ..it was foam latex and extremely dense

@BATIMAN: Yeah, not really looking at fighting in it.. For the time being ;) But I'd love to have a Predator body suit with that kind of material. Just looks so much more realistic and natural.

Foam latex is the way to go, but a lot of work getting one, very expensive to have one made, i know a few guys form the Batman community who run foam on the on some of their pieces.. for me i will stick to just latex as mine will be on display, probably never wear it....
