Screen accurate Marty vest?

Would I be correct in saying that this Class 5 vest I won on eBay a couple a years ago is an exact match to the one that Marty wore in Part 1? It’s a size medium. Not sure if that’s the size he wore but I’m guessing it was because I have a Class 5 small vest in a different color and it doesn’t look the same over a replica jacket.

I didn’t get it from a person in this hobby but I did find a post with them sharing this vest later on in a “thrift store finds” forum. I’m guessing they found it really cheap and then sold it to me for $340 shipped so they were bragging that they got that much out of it but honestly I feel like I got the better deal lol.

Yea that’s the one! Awesome score and definitely a decent deal. Rare find for sure, I seen one recently in my size but it had the tan liner unfortunately.

Thanks! Definitely my biggest score ever in all the different collecting hobbies I have. At that point I was searching the new section on the vests obsessively and managed to get this one like 2 minutes after they posted it. Luckily it was a buy it now and not a bid.

Seen a bid for a similar one the next year and it sold for like $1500. Don’t know if the buyer actually paid that one though. I doubt I’ll ever get lucky and get it at the same price again.

Now if only I could get lucky and find the correct jacket lol
