Scream "Father Death" and "As Seen in Stab" costume cards

I've been trying to find the costume cards used for the GhostFace costume in Scream and Scream 2. Anybody have them and would be willing to share?

I'd like a finished card of the first movie version. I don't think a high quality replica has ever been released to the public.
