Alright. After some serious TLC on those seams that I damaged in previous attempts, I got most of them sorted out.

Next onto the good stuff: adding those details!

And her's the end result. It turned out decent enough if you factor in all the working and reworking i did on the main hulls. I like the Leichter pod better, more detail and looks more a whole than a collection of parts. BUt it's nice to have both of them on display next to each other.

Now I've got to find some time to paint these two pods and get them mounted!

This kind of thing is what I love about studio scale modeling. Never in my life did I give a thought to how that pod was made, then once you see it you wonder how you didn't notice!
