Scott Pilgrim - Mathew Patel costume Help?

Hey guys, was wondering if anyone could shine a little bit of light on some of the finer points of Mathew Patels outfit from the Scott Pilgrim movie.

I am aware that he wears a classic Rugby Jersey, but where to get them without paying 90 dollars for a ralph Lauren one I dont know

As for the jacket im just at a complete loss O_O

if anyone had any sites I could get it off I would very much apreciate it, not to sound to skin flinty but the cheaper the better XD
