Scenes in Trailers missing in the actual movie. (Iron Man Specific)

In IM 1, you have many shots of Tony building himself the new Arc Reactor that we see him put in on some time after this. A shot where his body was scanned, one where he works in front of a screen with the Arc Reactor in a 3D chest... None appeared in the movie. Hoped to see that in the DVD, but no such luck. I also felt that the Mark 2 building sequence was meant to be longer and more detailled; Indeed, there is more footage on the DVD, but it's kinda a few seconds ( " Not bad for a bunch of zeros and ones " says Tony in that scene ).

In IM2, there is clearly a sub-story where Black Widow seduces Tony ( the Gauntlet firing sequence is a remnant of that, I guess ) and that justifies later on the jealousy of Pepper and disillusions of Tony ( " Are anything real in you ? " ), and also explains her report of Tony's psyche at the end of the movie. Clearly, all of that went to the trash bin, along with most of the Pepper/Tony relationship.
Too many characters in this one...

There were alot of scenes used in the TDK trailers that were soooo much better or should have been included in the movie. Although it was mentioned earlier, Alfred's speech to Bruce had much more importance to the delivery then it did in the movie. Same can be said for Gordon's speech "no name, no other alias.." then it did in the movie. It didn't even sound like Gary Oldman in that scene of the movie. Also, I felt like they botched the very cool Batman line "then your gonna love me". In the trailer its clear and understandable. In the movie its so rushed you almost miss what was being said. Finally, one of the best scenes NOT shown in the movie, was that fantasic trailer shot of the limping Joker, ejecting the blade, slowly walking over to the sprawled out Batman on the street. I thought that scene bordered on something from a horror film and really was impactful. Again left out from the movie.
Not in a trailer but also not in the movie, was the Rachael/Batman death fall from the skyscraper. Apparently in the shooting script it said his cape opened up or he shot a grappling hook, neither to be properly shot or explained, instead leaving the viewer to think that somehow his suit absorbed the brunt of the fall.

Wasn't there a scene in The Lost World trailer where one of the characters moves their flashlight and sees the Jurrassic Park gate? I remember as a lad seeing it in the super bowl trailer, but never saw it in the movie. :lol I couldn't wait to see the gate again. :lol

Are you sure your not thinking about when Vince Vaughns' character was in the abandoned facility and he turns around with his flashlight and sees the artwork on the wall of the T-Rex, then pans the light up to where the gate is?
