That's the point- announcing that you aren't making stuff for cosplayers anymore is not what people were asking for; it was a necessary result of you not fulfilling any of your commitments while taking people's hard-earned money. Now you're also saying 'professional' commitments to companies or studios that you claim now will supercede any previous commissions that you've failed to complete. So for the sake of your own personal advancement and agenda, those who haven't been compensated are still expected to wait.
**** off. You are a thief. By your own admittance, you have about 100 outstanding orders. Let me type that again. 100 ORDERS. 4 commissions too many is 'in over your head'. You accepted 100 commissions that are all still open, the guy who has made the point several times 'that I'm just one guy.' If it was 12 open commissions (still A LOT for non-identicals), I could still maybe put a label of irresponsibility, lack of realistic business savvy, or just a lack of common sense. But you said 100 orders. 100. That is beyond naivety, that's purposeful negligence. It doesn't matter what YOU think it is. You are the only one that's profited from this. Why hasn't anyone called the FBI? Want the number for the Field office in NYC? I have a friend who's there, although not in the fraud dept, but I'm sure he'll be of some help.

If that was the case why the company name changes? If he can't keep up, refund the people's money. By taking on more commissions prior to Aug. 1st, shows intent. He knew he was over his head. He knew he had $0 left from previous orders and needed to borrow from Paul to pay Peter (as the saying goes). That's intent (as per his track record). Knowing you're over your head and taking on more isn't a solution, it's more fuel for the fire.

I believe he certainly intended to defraud people. He took orders and knowingly did not fill them, then continued to take more orders. I placed an order with him over three years ago.
Who cares what he's said. He's obviously smart enough to change company names, leave town, avoid jail time and smart enough to take people's money and laugh about it... quite frankly laughing in everyone's face while flipping his customers the bird. Completely unethical and unacceptable.
All this can go away if he just gives people their money back. If he doesn't give their money back and doesn't give them product, it's theft. Plain and simple. No grey area here.
So yea, I guess he's not smart enough to scam, just smart enough to steal.

There are no company names nor business names that he's changed that I'm aware of. Just Facebook pages and etsy pages that he used to get sales from but no licensing nor business permits.
Edit: also Bobby Mac who posted that article about his geekfest performances has called him out and provided a forum for him to speak up in person while he's in florida. Jim refuses to do so. The convo is in the posts portion of his long diatribe of diarrhea of the mouth.

Looked at the report tax fraud forms. seems like there would be more Info needed on him besides his real name.

I'm so glad this is taking off like it is. I haven't had any dealings with "Logan," but I definitely feel for anyone who has.
He seems like a real piece of garbage. His narcissistic attitude is outrageous. I wonder how his girlfriend can put up with it. I picture her waiting on him to get ready before heading out for the night.

I don't know if it's been mentioned already, but besides a "prop maker" he's also a wrestler, which - let's face it - is all fake... a con... fitting actually. The more I dig into who that guy is, the funnier it gets. If I find a pic of him as a Teletubby it'll just make my night. I need a good laugh today.
