Not a chance. He is robably changing the name of his compny again (as he always does when the heat gets too high) and he will re open all the pages under the new name soon.
 
You guys are name dropping cosplayers and it's making me laugh. I had to google all of them. I have no idea who these people are. :lol But I guess they follow the rules.

The Rules:
1. Be attractive
2. Don't be Unattractive.
 
The only way Winate will stop is, if he is in jail.
Any thing else that happens (FB going dark, on again, off..., etsy store offline, instagram private, new gig at major studio :wacko, reality show star :facepalm
and lastly food truck spokesperson / mascot :lol.............) are all misdirections to deflect from the truth.

Regarding his FB on and off:
Like Dave H. said "everything he does is designed to point back to him." Attention seeking.
Like a dog who misbehaves again and again, even though he knows its wrong, just to get attention: any kind of attention, good or bad.

This is getting better and better. I just googled his shop name to try and see if it was back up and everything that popped up was referencing him screwing people over. Awesome!!
On a side note, report his personal page to facebook for using a fake name.
 
I've never had any dealings with him, but it amazes me that after scamming so many people, nobody has gone to see this guy in person. Personally I wouldn't let any order go past the claim date on paypal (used to be 45 days but I think it is longer now) for any reason. Some commissions take longer than 45 days but so what? If it does then there should be a legal contract between both parties. If you can't produce an item that falls into the small claims category within 45 days then your not doing this as a profession, it's a hobby. Nobody in any other business would have such a one sided transaction that allows this kind of scamming.

Wonder if he realizes some of those likes and commissions are from legal reps taking down documentation to sue? Oops, revealed my plot. Anyone else doing the same?

Well his personal page was under a false name. Enough reports and Facebook takes Dave down. Oh wait I mean Logan. Or was it Jim?
 
LOL just saw Liz Katz posted a comment as well. She was one of the folks who worked with him on Project Lex if I recall correctly
 
Found this interesting jim logans roomate messaged me trying to sound like a hero. Um yea how bout no. In my opinion he's no better than jim considering he's recasting the gcfx mask kevin sculpted.

He's completely disappeared from Facebook. Even his personal account has gone dark. Edit: I confused his personal account from yesterday for a new account. My bad! He has so many it's hard to keep track. Thanks for the correction, Randy.

For now, the only thing left of his online presence is his Instagram page, which he's made private. Congrats, guys!
