I am going to make a Billy Doll from the sAW Films. I will not be using clay to sculpt it, as most of you on here. I am going to make it out of Pepakura. I managed to get the only found 3D Model of him from http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=By3ckg7dunM. Thanks to Scorpwanna for letting me use it. I currently am looking for an unfolder for it, as the 405th is down once again. I will be doing cheapo-ways for the animatronics. I will make it's mouth move, and make the tricycle move with a remote control. Any help is appreciated. If anyone can unfold it for me, please send me a PM.

Another question, is the doll about 3', or 4'?

Sorry for the bump, but does anyone know the size of the original screen used doll?

I only know the height in inches is 43", I had many full sized replicas but am now upgrading to a animatronic version of the puppet. Here is a picture with Shawnee Smith and my puppets

Anything I can help with don't mind asking that puppet is where my user name is from. The spelling Billie was from a behind the scenes video but it is now more commonly spelt Billy.

I'm not home this weekend so I can't do exact measurements but can later when I get home.

Thank you for this, I've seen you from HOJ before. Still waiting for my account to be activated. I knew his name was Billy from the BTS, but didn't know how they spelt it.
On another note, I am going to take the servos from a RC car, and put a bellcrank on the mouth.

Yeah I'm the same person from HOJ, Let me know the email you registered with and I can pass it onto Darwin the admin. I'll see if he can activate it. It's spelt Billy by it's creator so I assume that's the correct spelling I'm just sticking to Billie as it was the first spelling I saw of it in documentation. I myself have been through an evolution of obtaining a replica puppet. I tried once myself to make one and also bought rc cars to use for parts but I never got around to it. I'm interested in keeping tabs on your project though.
