Sanding in tight corners?

I'm working on fixing up a fairly rough resin cast that has lots of little nooks and crannies in it that need filling and sanding.Problem is, getting the sandpaper in and getting any roomto work it back and forth. Does anybody haveany tips?

I would also recommend looking into picking up a set of dental files. Both X-acto and Squadron have sets that are nice to use. The Squadron sets are actually real dental files with all kinds of curves and heads so they're a bit more than the X-acto ones, but both are very handy..

Have you tried a sanding pen yet?

That's what I was going to suggest- They're usually sold at places that sell body shop supplies. :)

I second SurferGeek's needle file suggestion.
I have a set of diamond needle files that I have used on plastic, metal, wood and resin. The metal files I had before were a little too rough on plastic and resin, but the diamond files work great. I picked my set up at a Cummins Tool sale for $10.
In case you're not familiar with Cummins, they are a traveling tool show that sells closeout or cheap but useable (sometimes) tools. Great place to pick up items/tools that you may only need for a few uses.
