One of the 9v batteries that is in the power pack that runs my wristcomputer popped out of its holder and went down to the bottom of the power pack and hung out the bottom, and I felt it hitting my side as I walked... but I was aware of it right away and had Linda stuff it back into the powerpack. Luckily it was as we were going out the lobby door at the end of the hunt.

Some rubbing of the cape on the back of my chest armor, for some reason the red rubbed off and not the silver edging (!)

A little velcro tab that holds the tube to my bio came off the tube when I forgot to undo it first, THEN take off the bio

Nobody pulled my dreads, so they stayed on....

I had the paint wear off on the hands and with all the crouching I was doing, I tore some latex in the rear section.......looks like I blew chunks off latex out the rear...its all sharted . Im impressed with how well my suit held up though........my blade gaunt was giving me issues but that because it busted along with the bomb gaunt. I will have a better suit next year. I already have a plan and design.............I like the simple/stealthier predators........like the Wolf and P1. You will all have to wait and see when I finish.

Ok, you all have seen the during part of our hunt. Here is some video of the before/prep time and some video of the aftermath. Warning, the aftermath vid is tad on the sweaty side.

The aftermath. I am filming and im shaking like crackhead becuase im friggin tired, dehydrated, and wore the hell out. Warning, its kida gross but, funny as hell. Enjoy!

I give props to the dude dumping his feet out in the tub. Staying suited up for 7 hours in a Pred suit takes some serious stamina.

I dump water out of my Pred hands even if just suiting up for 1 hour. Those are some HOT costumes to wear.

Gross....Damon!!!! were u drinking beer the night before? I know for sure u did on saturday, just to recuperate all your fluids!!!!!! But man that was a lot of sweat. I bet up until today you are still dehydrated brother. I AM !!

whoa, that's a lotta sweat.....
I was leather dyeing my armor last year and it was like 80 degrees out.
I had ONE latex glove on so I wouldn't get dye all over, and the sweat was pouring out of my glove and running down my arm :0
I don't know if my body could handle being encased in latex :0

No doubt about it Scott, it was fun... I was in suit on sunday too, just for 3 hrs ,before i left the con i was covered in sweat!!!! But man that was fun!!!!!! Looking forward to meet with you guys next time.

I have to say this - you guys look incredible. Its absolutely wild to see you guys all decked out in the latex and resin walking around and seeing the looks on peoples faces...just incredible! In fact the look is so convincing that its pure eye candy to watch those videos.

One of my favorite parts was where the one Pred is touching the buttons on the gauntlet and then makes an explosion gesture with his hand - AWESOME!

I REALLY am impressed with the stamina and endurance that you guys put out to be in those suits...I'm still in awe. I can't imagine being in the suit sweating buckets, having limited vision, and being willing to stop for all those photos...one after the other after the other...you guys are constantly stopped everywhere you go.

Kudos to all of you that put those suits on and the fact that you guys "parted the seas" whereever you walked shows that you had everyone mesmerized and convinced that Preds DO in fact walk among us...

I drank nothing but water the day before....that day (except beer that night) and the day after I was fine. I put reef walkers in my feet and they soaked up some of the sweat,and it was actually quit comfortable, but it was well worth it....I would do it again today.

to ei'luj: on saturday we closed the place!!!!! 7 pm. Art (nucking futs) wore his suit longer than me on friday.
I think he is the one who lasted longer suit up.

I was fine in the suit except for the weight of the head piece. My neck was just done, couldnt hold it no longer. A couple of the other guys picked it up was like holy crap this things heavy. Anyone wanna chime in so I dont look like a pansy here?

I think the overall Predator record was set by a guy who sold off his suit and no longer comes to this board anymore, but it was probably around 2003 or 2004 Dragon Con. He stayed suited up for at least 10 hours straight one day......and went back and wore it more than one day in a row as well. (unknown total hours over the weekend).
