SAN DIEGO COMIC CON 2011 - Whats New, Pictures and Stories, ....Post it all here!

Here's some interesting news I found.....seems Adrianne Curry (of Next Top Model) was kicked out of Comic Con for wearing too sexy an outfit. I don't know about you guys but I've seen more revealing outfits at the con than the Aeon Flux outfit she had one. Here's the story:

If this person genuinely had some interest in Comic-Con (highly doubtful) then perhaps I might care, but she's was probably just trying to grab some publicity for her "career" (which she did).

But no costume is no costume and most costumes don't come from your local S&M shop.

I don't care how accurate her costume was, this screams publicity stunt.

Nah, she's actually a pretty hard core costumer and all around geek. Though I'm sure she doesn't mind the publicity, I believe she's actually very into costuming and the genre.

I bet if she'd modified the back side a bit (it's a thong in the cartoons) she'd had been okay. That Superman statue is something else.

I am going to guess it had more to do with her acting inappropriate than with what she was wearing. I have seen her do things in a public setting before which really go too far. Like you said people wear fairly revealing stuff to conventions all the time without issue.

Some people need to remember there are kids at these shows - the last thing kids want to see is some lady's butt hanging out. and parents don't want their children seeing it either. The Supergirl costumes there are tweaked to be ***** outfits - I mean, if you are a girl and the only time you are lavished with attention is when you let it all hang out at comic con - I feel sorry for you.

Actually from what i've seen of her behavior in public it wouldn't shock me that if her costume was more revealing than in the show just to get attention.

I had some fun as Sherlock in a Sherlock Holmes group this year:
