I've been reading Saga lately because my best friend has been going through the series and I'm now officially addicted to it. I'd love to start fabricating a Prince Robot IV costume, but I'm not too sure about how to fabricate the headpiece (seen below). I've thought about vacuum-formed plastic, but I'm not too confident in my vacuum-forming abilities seeing as I've not actually ever vacuum-formed anything before. Another interesting challenge I've run across is the monitor/screen portion of the headpiece. It is supposed to be able to display a variety of images, but I'm not too sure how to accomplish that while simultaneously being able to see out of the screen. If anyone has attempted to make a Prince Robot IV costume (or anyone from the Robot Kingdom, for that matter), I'd definitely love to chat and take suggestions!
