Mine came via UPS, which I very much prefer as I can't stand FedEx.

Does anyone know what the turnaround time for these are? are they already supposed to be in stock? have they shipped or are they just now in production?
I ordered one but didn't receive any kind of order number or receipt. And I haven't been able to get a response from anyone at RS to confirm my order.
And even though I created an account when I ordered, it shows that I have no orders under my account. But they did take the money out of my bank.
Just checking to see what others have experienced, because it was a little out of the ordinary.

4 weeks is the turnaround time. Strange they haven't responded; here's Andrea at RS Props email address info@rspropmasters.com, just in case you only tried through the website.

I definitely would contact them at info@rspropmasters.com
I typically get a response in a day (time change & all), Andrea is always very helpful. But it is strange you did not receive a receipt. I've always gotten an email with all my orders, with confirmation & all the order info, within a few hours.

Thanks guys. I did contact them via that email address and got a reply back very quickly and then shortly after that a tracking number!
I wasn't concerned in the least that anything was wrong, but rather just wanted to confirm that my order went through properly. They were just finishing them up as I had emailed.
Awesome company, great communication, excellent products. It's going to be hard but I promised I'd wrap it and put it under the tree so I'll have to wait to open it.
