RPF "Cribs" thread. Post VIDEOS of your collection! VIDEOS ONLY please!!!!!

It's not great, but in the spirit of sharing here's mine. I'm not really making any improvements for the time being because my wife and I are planning on moving in the next year or two. Once we do I need to figure out my plan. I want to do an office themed as if it belongs to Dr. Jones with my Indy props but then I'd need to figure out where to put the rest of the stuff...and I don't think I can convince her to let me have TWO full rooms, haha.

Fantastic room!!! Really well laid out and displayed man! Love it!!!

Wow.

Great videos.

As long as I remember, Jedifyfe's room was always a great inspiration for my own collection. I'm pretty sure there are quiet a few people, who check his threads again, to get some nice display ideas. I think his collection is a perfect example, how you can bring different movies i.e. props in a stylish way together, without spreading the stuff all over the whole house/apartment.

So, if you want to improve, refurbish or rearrange your collection, Jedifyfe's collection is always worth a view. It's never too late to "jedifyfe" your collection a little bit; and yes, that should be a real word in the dictionary. ;)

I also like the collection of LTsmash1200, really great stuff and awesome setup. As I can see, it's no shame to own Black Series stuff and call it prop...

I still need some shelves, but then I hope I'm able to post a video myself.

Excited to see more videos from other members...

I still have intent on doing this, but I'm days away from a contract, and when that's signed I'm a couple more days from a finishing piece of furniture...

So I'm putting it off.

Thanks!

I really try to make my displays look neat but not TOO organized, like having everything in its own display case. My Indy and BTTF shelves are my favorites because they look kind of like actual used spaces where things have just been laid out as opposed to being purposefully displayed if that makes sense? That's why when we move I want to have an Indy office that I can use to display those props and work in but also looks like Dr. Henry Jones Jr. just walked out of it.

Yeah, the Black Series stuff is plenty for most people, and a great lower cost alternative for things I don't care about as much. I bought the BS Kylo and Poe because I liked them, but not enough to spend the big bucks on a more expensive helmet. I already had the Darth Ugly Vader, but I thought the BS was a good cheap alternative to display as a reveal without the dome. I do plan on getting a better Red V, but I'd still keep this one because I'm an adult child and enjoy the lights and sounds it makes, haha (same with Vader).

Also, definitely would love to see more videos from other people. Like Onkelpsycho said, I've taken ideas and have gotten inspiration from lots of people's displays, but I'd love to have some good videos of them consolidated in one place for future reference.

You made me blush! Thanks for that!

I'm getting some weird sort of growing obsession with that TRON lamp, and I've never even seen those movies lol. Thank God it's so difficult to find otherwise I'd have probably already bought it.

I always loved this lamp. I have an affinity for Tiffany and slag glass lamps but I also LOVE TRON. The shade is definitely hard to find and can run $250-$400 plus shipping and it's HUGE. Search "scenic glass lamp" or "slag glass lamp" on ebay. They pop up a couple times a year. Rebelscum found his a couple years ago.

I see three others besides the OP (so a total of 4 videos posted).
