ROTS project would this work?

In the look out for a ROTS vader helmet and not able to pay the price of a MR.
Any who this it the idea I get a Original trilogy helmet: rubies supreme, SgtFang, ect. and grind, fill, it to be a ROTS helmet? I know if will not be perfect but maybe ok and pull off the ROTS look. What do you guys think?

i would say STAY AWAY from rubies - my mom ordered me a GB costume for my birthday and its so horrible i wouldnt use it to clean vomit off of my face...

that said maybe some one has a Pepakura vader helm?
