ROTJ Imperial binders / manacles

Is there any information out there on the binders used in ROTJ to secure Luke when he is turned over to Vader? I searched but found almost no info on them - just the gold/brass ANH version, and also various PVC stormtrooper manacle builds, which look nice, but all vary in their interpretation of the prop. I'm interested in replicating the grey ones as seen on screen.

Did the ROTJ binders ever go on display in any of the MoM tours perhaps? Or are we limited to screencaps?
