So, here I am. 1 or 2 in the morning, wondering "What the **** is my first cosplay gonna be?" so after searching for hours and hours, I found the Rosie Higgins Spidey design (Hoodie, knee-high all stars, etc.). It looked really great, So here is an attached photo.

Sorry for the small photo, really new here.
Anyway, so I started on the front spider which I traced in white crayon. (Only use of a white crayon lol)
I started by stretching a cotton black shirt with thumbtacks across my dresser, using my laptop for reference. (Pretty funky looking, I know.)

I drew the body and head of the spider (Abdomen and Cephalothorax I know.)

And then I did the legs.

I decided I'm gonna take the shirt over and have my neighbors daughter who happens to be an anime artist, to paint over the spider with white fabric paint.
I tested the bandana, and found out what I gotta do. I took an old Deluxe mask and cut off everything above the nose. I already glued lenses with Puff Paint, so this proved to be a challenge. But at least I got familiar with this method.

Finally, I went in the garage and managed to pull out some old, surprisingly accurate knee pads I'm going to use.

I'm going to order the mask, converse, goggles, gloves, and a few hoodies to pull apart and sew together. I'll update again when the hoodie is cut.
(Please note, I am going with the zipper less hoodie so I can add it in later once I finish designing and sewing.)
