I have a replica ronan dex blaster which was molded off the original.
had it approx 10 years.
Just started to redo it, i have added lights to the front and sides.
Was wondering if anyone could make the cartridge in aluminium?

Is it always lit, or only when "chambered"? (I'm guessing the center bit in the cap makes contact with the end of the battery to turn on the light?) And, do you have ANY dimensions on this thing? I assume a battery goes inside; is that a CR123 or something? I need at least one dimension to try and scale the rest from. I think LEDs like to have ~3V.

And the five equally spaced holes will be difficult for me to do accurately, as I don't have a dividing head. Are those critical to the design? I'm guessing those simply are used to remove the battery cover, but maybe not.

And how many are we talking about here? One, 16... If they are in a quantity, I'd farm them out to an Aero shop (which would be able to do the five holes easily too). But they can't do anything without a proper drawing, so we need to sort that out first. I can draw it up, but I need to know what I'm drawing...

Finally, I cannot anodize aluminum, so that would have to be done elsewhere, or be replicated with paint.
