I just wanted to know if anyone has recently ordered from this website. It looks like it hasn't been updated in some time, and I am interested in a tricorder or PADD from them.

Thanks for any help.

I've ordered from them a couple months ago, No problem.
The site was updated actually with many new items added...
But what's there is there now.

Feel confident ordering from them :)

Great company. I have just about every kit they offer. Excellent quality and each kit comes with a step by step instruction manual.

Highly recommended.

Great Service, plus some of the kits are from the Prop Masters that created them for the series and movies, Steve Horch, Mike Moore, Max Cervantes, it's a win-win situation. :)

Thank you all for your votes of confidence. I looked at the Mat Munson site, but it doesn't look like too much has been happening there.

If I were to get a tricorder (TNG) does anyone know where to get the electronic innards?

Not feeling the Love Bro... :lol I recently visited your site and thought it was boring so I only stayed 2 hours...lol

I wonder if they do manuals as well as I won an Endgame Tricorder from eBay without the instruction manual. I have sent eMails to Eugene and Rachel regarding this but there was no reply from them. :cry

I was told that the Guys at HMS has asked Rodd.com to make the Files/Manuals available on line in a PDF format, hopefully this will happen soon.

What I meant is that I haven't seen any "recent" posts.

When they brought out all of the tricorder kits they promised that they would eventually offer electronics for them. I have a Mark X from them but have been holding off on building it up in the hopes they will get the electronics kit out. It's been over a year, though.

I am thinking of doing the electronics by myself too, once I finish a few other outstanding electronics stuff which has been nagging at me.

Eugene is a good guy, I have been happy with them in the past. And if you do have a problem, it is cool to get a message on your machine from Gene Roddenberry's son. (Personal experience.)
