Yes, Bruce is still producing suits, but you have to seek him out... he doesn't make his presence very well known.
IIRC, he had the original stunt suit molds from the first film (minus the soft armor, the molds long thought destroyed) which, after almost 20 years had begun to crap out a few years back, so he began the retooling process.
For a while he had done some rather strange and inaccurate retooling of the helmet, adding two etched lines (instead of the inset band) around the head and making the back venting a separate plate despite being one piece in the original film.
It's been a while since I've brushed up on my RC suit info, but the RoboCop1/2 suits were different other than paint. The RC2 suits were much more refined (mostly for comfort and movement) but additional details, such as two pin holes on the shapes above the pecs and bolts lining the outer thigh details were added, along with new inner thigh clips.
The most notable difference however, was RC1's latex jaw, which was replaced with fiberglass in RC2 (and kept for the sequels/tv show) and was attached to the helmet.
The RC2 suit was also much more symmetrical.
In RC3 they saved money by reusing Peter Weller's suit for Robert John Burke (he was actually cast as Weller's replacement because almost all of his measurements were an exact match) so with the exception of a newly sculpted helmet (which is the version which had the separated back venting Bruce Hansing introduced to his suits) the suits in RC2/3 were identical (and not RC1/2)
It looks like Bruce has fixed the detailing on his new helmets, though, so that's cool.
In addition to Bruce's hard armor, there's a handful of useful fans out there producing the soft armor bits (ranging from gloves to elbow covers to shoulder soft armor) so there's options for those. There are also additional options for the shoulder clips and leg pistons, so you can get those in resin/aluminum as well. There could also be a couple of sound boards floating about for adding footsteps and mechanical movement noises, but I've yet to actually see one for sale.
I still remember asking Bruce a few years back (when he was still making them from the original molds) and pricing back then was roughly $1600 for a completed suit, which seemed pricey back then, now it's a deal.
Quick side note: Most suit owners now claim to keep the upper arms from sliding down with their gloves, but on the original suits Rob Bottin had an extra foam latex piece on the shoulders of the spandex undersuit, which "plugged" into the top of the arm and the inset circle, and provided upper arm support, leaving the gloves free for movement. If anyone's serious about investing into one of these I'd suggest taking a look through some of the archival pics of the original productions suits.
I started typing this just to chime in with the info that Bruce is still making these, and now I'm wasting an entire screen with text. :lol
