Been going through the 1080p version frame by frame. I just happen to have my copy of Giger's Alien here in the office, and comparing the trailer SJ ship with the original derelict, there are some big differences in shape and details. Likewise with the cockpit chair, though it is pretty close.
Maybe it is supposed to be the same ship, but they didn't copy it precisely, or maybe it is just a different SJ ship. If it is supposed to be a different ship, I would think they would make bigger changes to suggest that. One detail they obviously kept the same is the 3 openings where we saw the Nostromo crew enter.

Well, he don't look normal to begin with. But yeah, he needs to be about 12 feet tall if this is the same or same style chair as we see in ALIEN.
Not much new in the trailer but, damn!! I can't wait another 6 fricken months for this!!! Hopefully there will be some good props to come from this. Oh, and model kits, and games and under-roos and........
