Ricos Puzzle Gun (Judge Dredd 1995)

Well after years of different iterations, and attempts, ranging from air drying clay to styrene, I'm finally seeing light at the end of the tunnel.
Some of my favourite movie guns, have been transforming or assembled pistols, like Scaramangas Golden Gun or Learys Composite Pistol. Ricos Puzzle Gun it up there.
Working out how the trigger is concealed while making the top piece above the barrel, spring forward at the same time is tricky.
I'm currently printing off my first few pieces and will be sizing them up to see what alterations need to be done.

Few more pieces printed. Scale and sizing seems ok, but the placement of the handle needs to go back half an inch.

Glued the pieces of that print together to make a static prop, until I make the next one. Painted it up because I'm terribly impatient.
