Resident Evil: Damnation Leon Kennedy

I really want to make a Leon Kennedy costume from the latest cg Resident Evil film, Damnation. The jacket and boots that Leon wears are the two biggest problems that I've encountered and was wondering if anyone could help me out. Any info at all would be greatly appreciated.

I dunno if this applies to you as I don't know what part of the world you're from but I got my jacket here; Men's Fleece Jacket | The Edinburgh Woollen Mill it seemed the most accurate in terms of colour/design/stitching. Hope this helps.
