Requesting some help for costume parts please? (Elphelt Valentine)

Hi! I'm planning on cosplaying Elphelt Valentine from Guilty Gear but I'm having trouble with figuring out how to make the buckles, rings, and spikes on her dress.
Tips on making her gun would help too since this is my first time building props, although there are other props that I could carry instead.

Why not carve your own from pink construction foam (this is especially applicable for the gun), or alternatively, you could just buy polystyrene cones, half rings etc from ebay. There is quite a variety of shapes.
