Repairing chip in textured paint?

I achieved this texture/paint using Rustoleum gray primer, followed by Rustoleum Cold Galvinizing Compound, followed by a few coast of Rustoleum Clear Coat, and lastly Silver Leaf RubNBuff. The base itself is Sintra. Is there a way to fix and reinforce these chips without having to completely sand and repaint?

You try to patch paint but it will probably show where you touched it up.
I think you will need to repaint to get the best results.

I figured, I just didn't want to admit defeat. Guess I've got some "rust" spots to add
