Reference for the initial version of the Star Trek: TNG 1701-D Plaque

Does anyone have any photos of this early seasons version of the 1701-D's dedication plaque?

As far as I know, this early version of the plaque has never been made available.

I like that version rather then the one that FM put out.

The Franklin Mint plaque is pretty accurate I think, except for the wooden frame, the flat comm badge, and the size. I'll have to check it's size again, but Mike Okuda told me years ago, that the original was 10" x 14"
