Red Hood Tamaran Armor (NEED IDEA)

Hello guys i am working on my first big project and doing the Red Hood Helmet New 52 version made by BlackKaos. And I was thinking on making a foam chest piece but i don't know how to do it. I mean I cant place in my head any idea for it. I thought that maybe using as reference the Tamaran Armor he used in the comic. But i don't want to do that one.. Is there maybe a template that can help me or something ? Or a Template for a batman chest piece for foam that once done i can alter it ? Here are the pics for the armor i am saying and the helmet i am building opcorn

Here is the helmet with the primer on. I need to now use the spot putty to cover the details and later attach the eyes

I might make a suggestion that you narrow the bridge of nose a little.
Also, the eyes on his helmet scream to be done in a similiar fashion to
the eye socket layering used for IM helmets.

Also, I've seen some amazing things done here and a few other places with
EVA foam

it can be cut and shaped into the different shapes you'll need

that and maybe a really thick patterned spandex or similar cloth under suit that
you can glue down to that can be stitched up to look sectional, another technique that was used on the IM suits.

I'm a big fan of this armor design too~

Thank you for the recommendations I do plan on fixing the eyes before giving the finishing details.

And i know that with EVA foam people can do a lot of things. That's why ask for advise. Because I only have the thick square floor pads I don't have the 5mm EVA foam that many people use. And what I really need is like a pattern for reference to do a chest piece.

Im not gonna do the tamaran armor at all just want something more from earth. Like a batman chest piece but with Jason's Touch :love. So lets see how i can manage.

I dont wanna do a spandex suit because since i am a little chubby i wont feel confortable. That is why i will build a chest piece.
