Rebirth Wally West CW Style

Hello everyone. I plan on making a CW-verse style rebirth wally west flash cosplay. I dont know where to start. I need a red kid flash mask obviously... where can I get a polyurethane kid flash cowl? Jester fx doesn't seem to carry them for kid flash anymore, unless there's some kind of commission option that I'm missing.

Got some experience in this area check out The Cave: Creature Workshop on Instagram. I worked with them to make a couple of their Wally West cowls and have reviews on my YouTube channel even.
