Realistic penguins?

it's a cudy toy
i think it is realistic and it's 40cm height.

I don't know if you've tried Animal Makers? They rent/sell full sized Penguins, plus they might be able to sort you out with parts, as opposed to the whole thing, if you want to make it yourself.

Thank you all for a heck of a good start! I have been looking for a while without much luck. The penguin parts seem like a great idea.
