REAL hoverboard measurements?

want to make a really accurate replica hoverboard, i've looked around and there seems to be a few different measurements to what people think is right ie, 8 inches x 28 inches, 9.5 inches x 31.5 inches.

from looking at pics and comparing the size of the magnets etc (i have a set of magnets cast from a prop) it looks like the 8x28 inch dimensions are close, but has anyone got a real hoverboard prop that they can measure? or does anyone KNOW what the measurements are?
