I actually have that poster in my office. I went ga ga for that image when I first got the Star Wars Story Book thru the book fair at my local elementary school. I still have it.

I see it the same way. my favourite is the ESB look. Because of the robe UNDER chest armour and the bigger neck triangle.

Yeah, I know - necropost. But I dug some old photos out of storage at my parents place over the T-giving weekend.

Not sure what suit this is. These were taken sometime in 1982-ish up at a Seattle area mall. The poster is advertising the re-release of "Star Wars" with a trailer for "Revenge of the Jedi." I'm not sure if this was a tour for SW being out on VHS (heh, VHS.... :lol) or what. Don't know if it's a tour suit or ...... But I figured I'd post them anyways.

Sorry about the crappy coverage, but I was all of 14 at the time...... Surprised I found the negs, really......

I have that same poster, nice seeing it in action. I'm not seeing anything that does not suggest these to be tour pieces but I tend to lean toward only the ANH details. I am sure a few of the Vader nuts can chime in and confirm that.
