I am making some costumes for my daughter and me, for the RE: Final Chapter premiere. Which is going to be awesome. I'm going as Carlos Olivera in Extinction, and she's going as LJ from Apocalypse.
I have some sourcing questions, mainly for her LJ bit. I haven't been able to locate a close approximation of his jacket or shirt, nor any information on who the manufacturers were....info on costumes from Extinction seems to be easier to find. So, if you have anything you might be willing to share, please do!
My other question regards sourcing. Carlos is wearing cutoff Fox Sidewinder gloves in Extinction, but Fox has long since (drastically) changed the superficial design of that line of gloves. I did manage to find a pair of them in the correct older style....in size XS-7 (I'm a big guy). Thought of perhaps buying those and maybe just cutting off the top of the hand, and fixing it to a generic and similar glove, but if a source for the old ones was available, that would obviously be the best solution.
Any help would be appreciated, and thanks for reading this far!
