Rare Earth Magnet help needed..

I am hoping someone here will be able to advise me. I know NOTHING about rare earth magnets. I built a clone helmet for a freind that used them to fasten the face plate and I was impressed by how strong they were.

My plan is to put one in my capes collar, and another on my chest armor to hold the cape securley in the same spot on my Vader.

I presently use velcro, but it tends to shift, and I can't seem to get it in the same spot twice! It holds well, and the force to undo it is fine..I can't find any info on the pull force lbs. of industrial velcro..

I found this site and will probably order from them..so magnet experts, what do you recomend?
