Hi everyone.
So for next year convention in my country in August i am making a full body armour and 2 handed hammer as a weapon choice from a MMORPG RaiderZ.
As for now i am making a hammer, well hemmers head right now. it weights around 3kg ~7lbs. Made from sintra, PVC sheets and high density foam with steel rod to hold t on a oak shaft that i will attach later.
For now it is ~70cm tall (~28 inches). Overall length of hammer will be 2,1meters (~83 inches)
As for armour i will be making frame from high density foam strips and cover it with thin sheets of soft EVA foam, then apply fiberglass with polyester resin and lots and lots of bondo.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to make those sharp looking ornaments on armour?

Still needs more sanding and putying to smooth those gaps between foam layers.
