Raiders style fedora in Bugsy Malone.

Has anyone noticed that Bugsy Malone‘s character wears a fedora very much in the style of the Raiders five years before Raiders premiered? Apologies for the poor picture..If you watch the movie there are a few nicely bashed fedoras…wonder if Herbert Johnson were involved?

The brim is very shallow and the body doesn't seem to be tall enough. I would say typical brown fedora by by no means an "Indy".

yeah standard fedora, Indys was one of a kind at its time with the way the brim was cut and the ‘Turn”

Thanks…I have no doubt you are right….There were just a couple of shots where the “feel” was quite Raiders….Plus being five years pre Indy was fun!
