Just got a quick question about paint. I know that many people use latex based paints from monster maker and other places for their paint ups. Would indoor/outdoor latex based paints from Home Depot/Lowe’s work for this as well?

I am on a major budget for this build and if I can get a good amount of paint for my base color this way instead of spending the $$$$ on the professional stuff it would be sweet.

If this idea won't work, what would you suggest as far as latex based paints?

Thanks in advance.

I can't say I'm 100% positive ,but i would say no.I dont think house paint would have the same flexibility as latex rubber paint. It may adhere as well but it may crack on you when applied to a latex rubber skin.
