Quick pepakura question

I've done a master chief helmet YEARS ago, and am trying to do Sharkman VI Iron Man helmet...and I just want to know...how the hell do you guys do the folds on all those tiny thin pieces? I've scored them with my hobby knife, and when they are two mountain folds, inbetween two valley folds, and the piece is 1/4 inch wide, these are virtually impossible.

What am I doing wrong here, because it seems like everyone else on the web doesn't have ANY issue with these. I've tried using super glue for these small tabs and sections, hot glue, everything. I can't seem to get them folded properly.

Use scribber tools, then fold.
If it is too small, place a ruler on top of the folded line then fold.
Use PVA glue, do not use hot melt. Super glue can be messy with fingers and it is also more expensive.
