Question about Arnold and T-800 skull

Howard you might be able to answer this question. Are T800 skulls close in size and shape to what Arnies actual skull would be? LOL

I only ask because of Howards wonderful work on the silicon busts and it looks like the skull underneath fits the Arnold 'skin' really well. I always wondered if they xrayed his head or something similar to what they did with Nick Cage on Ghost Rider

But would not that mean that All t 800 would look alike? Then Kyle would have been able to reconcise him in the bar.

well, they would have the same shaped head, but all the facial features could look entirely different

Considering the multitude of pieces comprising the endoskull, I don't think it'd be an extraordinary feat of engineering for Skynet to swap out the brow and jaw pieces for different models. TSCC has pointed out that the T-888 series (licensing issues prevent them from using the T-800 series) has variable proportions to best suit their flesh model.

That is correct the skull does fit inside Arnold's head, here's a pic of the Skull being clayed up for molding...The Cinefex Issue has a great Photo of the Clay skull close-up...

But we have here 2 types of skulls: Sideshow 1:1 Endoskull bust and HCG 1:1 Endoskull bust. Plus the Sideshow 1:1 lifesize statue. So all of these are accurate (Arnie accurate)? Or only SS Endoskull bust? Or others? Anyone knows for sure?

Only the skulls based precisely on Stan's skull would be accurate. I'm sure there are members here who would know which supplier took the time to match the originals.

The Winston skull was used in T3 inside their Arnie broken head from T3 (http://www.therpf.com/showthread.php?t=45895) and its easy to see how his facial features corresponded to the Endoskull
