Just as an FYI, if you bought the steins directly from QMx and they're damaged or misprinted, please contact us. We can definitely set up a Fed Ex return label for you and ship out a replacement once we get the other one back with no cost to you.
Please email for faster service. As Bruce mentioned, he did leave a message, but he emailed about half an hour later and I had a Fed Ex return label out to him about an hour after that. ;-) Voicemails get checked throughout the day, but not as often.
I noticed someone mentioned they got a broken stein from Amazon. In that case, you'd want to contact the vendor as they may have different return policies. Just let us know if you run into an issue.
