Q: Eliminating MR Clonetrooper helmet smell?

Anyone have any tips on getting the stench out of the MR Clonetrooper helmet liner? I've had the plain white Clonetrooper helmet for a long time and the smell just isn't fading. I've set it outside... no luck. Sprayed it with Fabreeze... no luck. Put some fabric softener sheets in it... some luck, but it just masks the skunky smell. As soon as I pull out the sheets, the smell is back.

Anyone still experiencing this with their helmet? Anyone find something that works.

Have you seen those new fridge boxes of Arm and Hammer? They have an air vent on one side. You just peel off the outer layer. Maybe seal it in a bag or large tupperware container with one of those Arm and Hammer fridge boxes.

OK, you know someone was going to ask.

Why are you smelling your MR Clonetrooper helmet liner?

BTW my bucket dont stink.

If it still stinks after all the things you've tried, it sounds like a bacterial growth.

Try giving it a few shots of lysol and then letting it sit over an open box of Arm & Hammer.

If it still stinks after that, you may need to just pull out the liner and make your own.

I freeze my work boots to kill the smell, dont think you want to freeze a bucket but its an idea.
