pvc board style material for cosplay

I am working on making a grapple gun for a batman cosplay. i am looking for some style of thick plastic board that i can use to cut out parts and shapes to make it. I have no idea what ppl are using for this or if anyone will even know what i am talking about

Look into Sintra. Check your local sign shops. They might sell you remnant pieces.

Hi,

the_batdemon is correct. Sintra is a kind of PVC hardfoam and you get it in many colors and thicknesses. You can handle it like wood and I'm made my VISOR, my PADDs and much more from this material.
