Proportions of Aliens and predators

Well im planning to do a costume of an Alien and my dad one of a predator, the thing are the proportions that i dont really know if exists a real proportion for Aliens and Predators, i want to mean if the predator is taller than the alien, or the alien is taller than the predator, well thank you very much, and sorry if i have mistakes whit my english im from Uruguay...^^Uu

in most cases preds tend to be 7 feet tall and aliens when standing up seem to be about 9 feet tall. so you just need to scale that down to work with you and your dad's heights.
