Hi Everyone,

I don't know if some of you still remember that 2 years ago I made a prototype FPC Switch for TASM Webshooter based from below reference photos

Here is the video of the PROTOTYPE FPC I made 2 years ago...
It is very difficult to make and I cannot achieve the quality standard that I am aiming.


Then after 2 long years of extensive research and development, acquisition of machine, high quality raw materials, and special tools, we finally succeeded on making a fully functional, highly accurate, high quality and reproducibility FPC switch.

Although we can now make quite a few, we are not big factory/company that can manufacture it in hundred thousand batches, so I would say it is quite expensive to make and I have very limited supplies.

It can be easily solder to the electronic board of a webshooter ;):thumbsup

Now I solder the FPC switch to a simple LED/battery assembly to demonstrate its function

The 2 tact switch is in series connection...

Since the tact switches are connected in series, you need to push the 2 switch to turn ON the LED
