Question Premium Membership Purchase without a credit card (answered)

Hey all,

I'd like to purchase the premium membership. Check out via PayPal but PayPal asks me for a credit card?
In Germany credit cards are not normal for everyone, Ive just linked my PP Account with my bank account.
Does that mean I cannot get the premium membership or are there any other ways?
